Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Prato, a meal-planning and macro-tracking app operated by EmprendeSoft LLC, a Wyoming, USA limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use Prato. Questions? Email hola@prato-fitness.com.

Who can use Prato

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use Prato. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

What Prato does — and what it isn’t

Prato helps you plan meals and estimate calories and macros from ingredients you already have. Macros and calorie figures are estimates generated with the help of AI and standard nutrition formulas. Prato is not medical, nutritional, or healthcare advice, and it does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for medical or dietary decisions.

Your account & your content

You retain ownership of the data you enter (ingredients, meals, profile details). You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — including sending ingredient and meal text to our AI provider to generate suggestions, as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to enter content that is unlawful or that infringes others’ rights.

Subscriptions, free trial & billing

• Prato Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered monthly and annually, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The stores are the seller and process all payments — we never see your card details.
• Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription auto-renews at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged for the next period.
• If you start the free trial and don’t cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription. Any unused trial time is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your device’s subscription settings (App Store or Google Play). Cancellation stops the next renewal; it doesn’t retroactively refund the current period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Prices may change; we’ll give notice as required and any change applies to future periods.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — for example, by reverse-engineering it, disrupting it, accessing it without authorization, scraping it, or using it to build a competing product. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual property

Prato, including its software, branding, and content (other than your own data), is owned by EmprendeSoft LLC and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that meal suggestions or macro estimates are accurate, complete, or suitable for your individual health needs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmprendeSoft LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on estimates or suggestions in the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Prato and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for deletion). We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We’ll revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
